Update 5/25 **ABS CBN has issued an official statement in connection with the meeting between the network and Willie. According to the statement, Willie expressed his apology and the network has accepted it. The statement underscored that “ABS CBN and Willie agreed that he takes an indefinite break effective immediately, but his contract obligation is hold. This means he can’t work with any entity in direct competition with ABS CBN.
Just a quick blog post to ask if you are favor of Willie Revillame resign or not to resign on Wowowee.
Here is the issue:
Willie Revillame said a while ago on his noontime show Wowowee, threatened the ABS-CBN to kick out Jobert Sucaldito a showbiz commentator from the buzz and other showbiz realated shows and radio stations from ABS-CBN. Willie will resign if they will not fired Jobert from the network.

The “Baby James for Villar” incident is taking political campaigns to a new level. After the much talked-about incident during Noynoy Aquino campaign last April 5 in Bacolod when Kris Aquino’s son, Baby James, shouted “Villar”, a photoshopped picture of Baby James holding a paper with “I Love Villar” written on it is now circulating on the internet.

Nacionalista Party (NP) Presidential candidate Manny Villar told press that he is honored to know many children supported him. This includes Baby James, the son of James Yap and Kris Aquino - who is sister of his number 1 presidential opponent Noynoy Aquino.
The presidential candidate was delighted to hear about Baby James uttering his name in Noynoy’s campaign in Bacolod. “Ikinararangal ko na kapag nakikita kong nagugustuhan ako ng mga bata. Dahil ang mga bata honest,” Villar said.

GMA-7, the Kapuso channel did it once again when it bagged another Peabody award for the country!
“Ambulansyang de Paa” episode of I-Witness documentary that showed how a mountain community worked as a team to transport the seriously ill through rugged mountain trails, is one of the 36 recipients of prestigious Peabody Awards this year. Was aired in March 2009, Ambulancia de Paa was hosted by Kara David and directed by Nowell Cuanang.

Earlier today, Puerto Rican pop star Ricky Martin publicly revealed his sexuality, saying, “I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man. I am very blessed to be who I am.”
In his website, he publicly stated in the letter that he admits he is homesexual man (gay).

Philippine’s one and only superstar garnered the most number of votes in the category of 10 Best Asian Actresses of the Decade of the 2010 Green Planet Awards. Ate guy was selected by movie viewers and online voters from more than 100 countries.

First, reports says that Charice will sing the Philippine National Anthem in the Pacquiao-Clottey bout, but then Arnel Pineda, the Filipino front man of Journey, confirms that he was personally invited by Manny Pacquiao to sing the National Anthem “Lupang Hinirang” in his fight.
“Pupunta ako sa Dallas to sing sa laban ni Manny [Pacquiao]. This Thursday [ang alis ko]. I’m really happy kasi matutuloy na. Nahihiya na ako kay Manny kasi pangatlong invitation na ito sa akin. Baka kasi isipin ay iniisnab ko. So finally, matutuloy na.” said the Filipino frontman of popular American rock band “Journey”. He said he was not able to sing in Manny’s previous fights because of his busy schedule as Journey’s vocalist.

Actress TV host Ruffa Gutierrez raised the flag for “peace, piss, fish” as she accepts Kris apology. Ruffa left in the middle of her talk show The Buzz last Sunday when she got hurt by Kris Aquino’s remarks regarding her transfer to TV5. The alleged “walk out” happened during the POV (Points of View) segment.
The issue was magnified after the rival program, “Showbiz Central” aired a phone patch interview to Ruffa’s mom, Annabelle Rama, expressing her disgust on Kris Aquino.
